Community Gardeners on a Mission

Thank you, Franklin Gardeners!
Our mission to state our mission was successful.
The working (or work-in-progress?) mission statement:

The Franklin Community Gardens mission is to support our community in growing produce, providing locally harvested food to those in need, increase social interaction among our community, and develop an educational garden for all ages.

It is brand new, probably needing a little wordsmithing to get all the verbs agreeing with each other, but what a great place to start!

We now have a steering committee in place and subcommittees.
Thank you one and all for stepping up.

We have a lot of work to do. Eyes on the prize.
